Ingredients:⁠
🍗 Chicken breasts (1 breast gives you 2 servings) - 3 breasts used in recipe⁠
🔴 2 tbs Paprika⁠
🧄 2 tbs Garlic powder⁠
🧅 2 tbs Onion powder⁠
🧂 1/2 tbs Salt⁠
🥣 1/2 Cup Kewpie mayo⁠
🌶️ 1/2 Cup Sweet chilli sauce⁠
⁠
Method:⁠
1. Cut chicken in half so you get 2 servings.⁠
2. You want to cut small slits into the chicken so it helps with the cooking.⁠
3. Season chicken on both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion and salt.⁠
4. Drizzle oil into a fry pan and cook chicken on a medium heat until golden brown.⁠
5. Mix the kewpie mayo and the sweet chilli sauce to get and Pour some of the sauce over the chicken and allow to cook until the sauce melts and starts to bubble slightly.⁠
6. Serve on rice and garnish with spring onion.⁠
