JUST CUTS LISMORE, located in the Lismore Square Shopping Centre, are looking for qualified Hairdressers to join our team!

We can offer you a work/life balance position that takes into consideration your family commitments, what you need to do, with flexible hours to suit you in our brand-new salon.

Permanent Casual positions are available with great hourly rates of pay (Award rates at Monday to Friday $33.96, and Saturday $42.93) plus 11.5% Superannuation paid to your nominated account, ‘Retail Rewards’ incentives that give you an opportunity to earn more, and on-going paid training to enhance your hairdressing skills and knowledge.

– Experience Hairdresser with salon floor experience
– Confident in all aspects of cutting

This has opened up an opportunity for us to expand our team and we are looking for the right person to join us. The role will require some weekend work and late nights, we will consider permanent part time or full-time applications (30-38 hours).

Role Description

  • Providing a high-level customer service on the retail floor, and assisting with frames styling
  • Discussing in-depth product information
  • Taking phone call and scheduling appointments
  • Adjusting and fitting customers frames – ensuring our product exceeds their expectations
  • Conducting pre-health screening for patients and liaising with our optometry team
  • Merchandising the store and maintaining retail standards
